The Maryville Lions donated $250 to the Blount County Community Action Agency Meals on Wheels program as part of their mission “WE SERVE”.  This gift was made possible by a District 12N Community Impact Grant funded by the Lions Clubs International Foundation designated specifically for local food programs.  Executive Director Tammye Pirie stated that this contribution would provide about 80 meals for local residents in need.  During 2019/2020 Meals on Wheels provided over 152,000 meals.
